Terms of use

The ground rules, in plain words.

These terms cover your use of derechtech.com and the Derech Truth Labs blog. By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Last updated October 12, 2026

Who we are

The site is run by Derech Technologies LLC of Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania. Questions about these terms go to derechtechnologies@gmail.com.

What this site is

derechtech.com tells you about our software, shares our roadmap, hosts our blog, and lets you contact us or sign up for early access and beta programs. It is free to read and use.

Product descriptions, screenshots, prices and roadmap dates describe what we are building and planning. They are not promises. Products in development may change or be dropped before release.

Products and betas have their own agreements

These terms cover the website only. When you install, buy or test one of our products, that product's own agreement applies:

Using the forms

Our contact, early-access, beta sign-up, newsletter and review forms are for people who want to hear from us. Please use them honestly: give your own details, don't send other people's information or anything about a child, and don't use them to send spam, advertising or abuse. We may ignore or delete messages that break these rules.

Signing up for a beta or early access puts you on a list. It does not guarantee a place, and it does not create a contract until we send you an invitation and you accept the agreement that comes with it.

What we do with the information you send is described in our privacy policy.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you write to us. By sending it you allow us to read it, keep it, and use it to reply to you and improve our products. If you send us a review or testimonial, you also allow us to quote it on our site and in our materials, with the name you gave or anonymously if you left the name blank. Email us if you change your mind and we will take it down.

Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this site, including the blog posts, belong to Derech Technologies LLC or are used with permission. Product names such as Spirit Bridge, FieldSteward, Creator Studio, Shomer Backup and The Orchard are our names.

You are welcome to link to any page, share posts using the share links, and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. Please don't copy whole posts or pages, sell our content, or present it as your own. Ask us if you want to do more than that.

About the blog

The Derech Truth Labs blog is commentary. It reflects our views on faith, culture, education and technology, and it cites sources so you can check them. It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial or pastoral advice for your situation.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as Amazon for books, Google for reviews, and the sources behind our posts. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for what they do or say. Visiting them is at your own discretion, and their own terms apply.

Keeping the site working

Please don't try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it with automated tools, or interfere with the forms or other visitors. We may block access to anyone who does.

No warranty, limited responsibility

The website is provided free and as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be correct, complete, free of errors or online. To the extent the law allows, Derech Technologies LLC is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.

Pennsylvania law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If we end up in a dispute about the website that we cannot settle by talking, it will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Please email us first; most problems can be sorted out with a conversation.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
